Structured Care.
Clinical Integrity.
Community Support.
We believe recovery is not simply abstinence…
…it is rebuilding identity, purpose, and stability.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to provide clinically grounded, structured mental health and recovery services within a supportive residential environment that fosters long-term healing and reintegration.
Our Philosophy:
- Evidence-based treatment
- Structured transitional housing
- Personalized care planning
- Long-term alumni connection
- Community integration with clinical oversight
In Hebrew, “Bayit Miklot” means Home of Refuge — a safe, welcoming place where healing can finally begin when life has fallen apart.
We provide trauma-informed residential care, evidence-based mental health and recovery services, transitional housing, vocational training, and lifelong community support for young Jewish men and women (ages 20–50) facing addiction, mental illness, trauma, homelessness, and disconnection from family and faith.
Our integrated clinical approach treats the whole person — mind, body, and soul — guided by three timeless Torah principles:
- Train each person according to his own way — Personalized care that meets you exactly where you are.
- Do not stand idly by the blood of your neighbor — We refuse to watch people suffer in silence.
- Repairing the world — Every life we help rebuild makes the world more whole.
Our Clinical Approach:
We use proven, evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, ACOA, CFT, IFS, EMDR, MBSR and more — blended with Jewish values, community integration, vocational development, and alumni mentorship.
What We Offer Today:
• Structured transitional housing
• Personalized treatment plans
• Group and individual therapy
• Vocational training and job placement
• Community events, Shabbos meals, and alumni support
We are intentionally professionalizing our model while keeping the warm, heimishe heart that started it all.
